All payments shall be made in USD through Mode of Payment. To begin the planning process, an initial payment of Advance Payment Amount is required.
The remaining balance will be due according to the agreed payment schedule, with each installment payable within Payment Due in Days day(s) of the invoice date. This structure ensures that all planning activities and vendor arrangements can proceed smoothly and on time.
If a scheduled payment is delayed, we will pause work until the payment is received to ensure accuracy and continuity in the planning process. Further details regarding the payment schedule will be outlined in the final agreement.
To ensure smooth coordination with all vendors and service providers, please share the necessary contact details, telephone numbers, and any available schedules for those involved in the ceremony or reception. These details should be provided to Wedding Company Name within Number of Days to Provide Contact Details day(s) before the wedding or at the time of signing this agreement, whichever is earlier.
Please keep us informed of any updates or changes related to your wedding plans so we can adjust arrangements accordingly. We may not be able to accommodate changes made by you or your selected service providers without prior notice, as this may affect timelines or confirmed arrangements.
We understand that plans can change. The initial payment of Advance Payment Amount is non-refundable, as planning and coordination begin immediately upon engagement.
If the wedding is cancelled:
(a) Within Full Fee Cancellation Window in Days day(s) of the wedding. The full planning fee is due, as the majority of work and vendor commitments will have been completed by this stage.
(b) Between Mid-Tier Cancellation Window in Days and Full Fee Cancellation Window in Days day(s) before the wedding. A cancellation fee of Mid-Tier Cancellation Fee Percentage will apply, reflecting planning work completed and non-recoverable commitments.
(c) More than Long-Term Cancellation Window in Days day(s) before the wedding. A cancellation fee of Long-Term Cancellation Fee Percentage will apply to cover initial planning and administrative work.
Vendor costs:
Any non-refundable vendor deposits or cancellation charges remain the client’s responsibility, as these fees are separate from the planning fee.
A full fee schedule will be included in the final agreement for clarity.
