3. 24/7 WEBSITE MONITORING.
Website Services Company Name will constantly monitor your site for any security breaches and outages. We will notify Client Company Name of any website issues within Website Issue Notification Timeframe hour(s) of the initial occurrence and resolve those issues as quickly as possible. The resolution time for website maintenance issues, including security breaches and outages, will vary depending on the specific parameters of each issue.
All essential scripts, plugins, integrations, and backend elements will be updated on a scheduled or on-request basis to ensure security and performance stability.

If access to the website is necessary, Client Company Name hereby authorizes Website Services Company Name access and permissions to all directories and files of their account with any other third-party hosting provider, as well as permission to install any necessary plugins for maintenance and security.
All payments must be made in USD using Mode of Payment. The initial advance payment of Initial Advance Payment must be cleared before proceeding with the project. The Client Company has Number of Days to Make Balance Payment day(s) to make the balance payment to proceed with the project. Failure to make payment beyond the default period will constitute a breach of contractual terms and may lead to further action.
Client Company Name has the right to cancel, modify, reject, or stop any plans or work in process. However, Client Company Name must agree to remit for all costs and expenses incurred before any changes were implemented and to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless for any liability relating to such action. We agree to use our best efforts to minimize such costs and expenses.
We agree to perform all website maintenance services with professional skill, due care, and in accordance with industry-standard practices. Any issues, bugs, or errors reported by the client during the maintenance period will be promptly reviewed and addressed within the scope of this agreement.
