The company shall inspect roof projections in place before the roofing installation, or as shown on the architectural plans provided by the company. Penetrations not shown on the plans provided by the company before this quote is submitted or those required after the roofing installation shall be considered an order for extra work. The company shall be compensated at customary time and material rates for performing such additional work.
All labor and materials shall be furnished in accordance with usual industry standards and industry tolerances for uniformity, color, variation, thickness, size, weight, finish, and texture. Specified quantities are intended to represent an average over the entire roof area.
The validity of this quote will be for Quote Validity in Days day(s) upon receipt of this quote by the client.
Payment for the roofing services shall be made as per the quote above upon receipt of the invoice. The mode of payment shall be Mode of Payment or any other mode of payment as mutually agreed by both the company and the client.
Suppose any provision of this quote is held unenforceable under the applicable law. In that case, the company and the client agree that such provision shall be excluded from this quote, and the remaining provisions shall be enforceable following the terms.
Any notices required or permitted by this Agreement shall be in writing and delivered by certified mail or courier to the mentioned address.
This quote and the rights of the client and the company hereto shall be governed and interpreted by the laws of the Governing Law District and Federal courts. The client and the company agree that any disputes arising regarding this quote shall be subject to the court's exclusive jurisdiction.
