The term of this quote will be for a period of Quote Term starting from Quote Effective Date and shall continue unless and until terminated by any of the Parties.
The payment for the products and/or services shall be made as per the price quote mentioned above after the Customer receives the invoice. The mode of payment shall be Mode of Payment or any other mode of payment as mutually agreed by both Parties.
If any provision of this quote is held unenforceable under the applicable law, then the Parties agree that such provision shall be excluded from this quote, and the remaining provisions of this quote shall be enforceable under the terms.
Any notices required or permitted by this quote shall be in writing and delivered by certified mail or courier to Company Address.
This quote and the rights of the Parties hereto shall be governed and interpreted by the laws of the Governing Law District and Federal courts. Both Parties hereto agree that any disputes arising regarding this quote shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the aforementioned competent courts.
