The following terms and conditions shall prevail over our relationship if we decide to proceed with this proposal.
Our pest specialist will report to the site contact on each visit and provide a detailed post-tour report on the inspection results, treatments, and suggestions made during the inspection. Additional visits/treatments will be conducted to control the pests specified in the service agreement according to the recommended timeline and pricing.
The price of the Services includes indirect taxes and must be paid upon completion of every phase of work, as described in the project timeline. Service prices are liable to change at any time, but shall be agreed upon at the time of booking. Subject to any contrary terms in this agreement, our Service prices include any recall(s) that, in our reasonable opinion, are necessary, and there will be no additional charges for such subsequent visits. Payment for all Services shall be made by Mode of Payment only upon booking and upon our technician's arrival on-site before treatment commences.
We guarantee that our treatment seeks to eliminate the Relevant Pests subject to essential protection and access criteria. We also ensure that our items comply with all regulatory specifications, codes of practice, and good practice for pest control work. Furthermore, we guarantee that the service will be delivered using fair care and skill.
We try to provide outstanding service, but we may not always get it right. If you are unhappy with the response or believe that an unsatisfactory solution has been reached, please contact us via email. Please describe how you believe we have failed to deliver the services to a satisfactory standard or have not met your expectations. Your concerns will then be investigated, and the investigation results will be explained to you by telephone, where feasible, within Number of Days to Resolve Complaints day(s) of receiving the complaint.
