The Client shall make the payment based on the deliverables of the services rendered by the Company. The amount varies based on the services the Client elects to receive. The mode of payment shall be Mode of Payment. or any other mode of payment as per the Company standards. All invoices shall be payable within Payment Due in Days day(s) of receipt unless otherwise stated in writing.
The Company agrees to provide the Client with the necessary services. The Company further agrees to perform the services in a timely manner and in accordance with the Client's requirements. The Client agrees to provide the information required by the Company to render the services.
The Client shall share information, including trade secrets, industry knowledge, and other confidential and proprietary information, with the Company to enable the completion of the project. The Company represents and warrants that it has the right to perform the services. The Company agrees and further represents that its work is not owned by any other party without its knowledge. If the Company has no rights, it shall repay the project-related damages.
The Client represents and warrants that it has the right to use the information, including trade secrets, trademarks, logos, and the website's content. If the Client has no rights, the Client shall pay the necessary damages associated with the project.
