This Housekeeping Contract (hereinafter referred to as the “Contract”) is entered and shall be effective as on Effective Date,
By and Between
Contractor Name (hereinafter referred to as the “Contractor”), having its principal place at Contractor Address, and;
Client Name (hereinafter referred to as the “Client”), having its principal place at Client Address.
The Contractor and the Client are collectively referred to as the “Parties,” and individually as the “Party.”
WHEREAS, the Contractor shall provide the necessary services to the Client;
AND WHEREAS the Client is desirous of availing the services from the Contractor.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the promises and covenants between the Parties hereby agree as follows:
The Contractor shall provide necessary services to the Client which include:
(a) Vacuuming
(b) Mopping
(c) Dusting
(d) Washing Dishes
(e) Mention any other services
The services shall be commenced from Commencement Date and be completed after a period of Contract Time Period. The services shall be performed for Working hours per day hour(s) a day. The services shall take place Working days per week day(s) a week.
Either Party may terminate/cancel this Contract by written notice to the other Party. In case of breach of the terms and conditions herein by any Party, the Party in breach shall remedy it within Number of days to remedy breach day(s) upon receiving such notice of the breach. Failure to remedy the breach shall lead to the termination of this Contract without prior notice.
The Client shall provide the Contractor with the necessary equipment required for the performance of the housekeeping services.
The Client shall make the payment of Payment Amount on the 1st of every month for the housekeeping services availed from the Contractor. The payment shall be made via Mode of Payment.
The Client shall have the authority to inspect the work of the Contractor for housekeeping services to see that the Contractor is performing the services as per the terms and conditions under this Contract.
The Client agrees to indemnify the Contractor against any claim, damages, cost, loss, expense, or any kind of liability arising from the indemnities in connection with any claims, suits, or demands arising out of this Contract.
In the event of any dispute arising in and out of this Contract between the Parties, it shall be resolved by arbitration. There shall be Number of Arbitrators arbitrator(s), who shall be appointed by Arbitration Appointing Party Name. The venue of arbitration shall be Location of Arbitration, and the Seat shall be State of Seat. The arbitrators’ decision shall be final and binding on both Parties.
In the event any provision of this Contract is deemed to be invalid or unenforceable, in whole or part, that part shall be severed from the remainder of this Contract, and all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect as valid and enforceable.
This Contract shall be governed by and in accordance with the laws of Governing Law.
Any notices required or permitted by this Contract shall be in writing and delivered by certified mail or courier to the mentioned address.
It is hereby agreed that the Parties herein are independent Contractors, and the relationship between them shall not constitute a partnership or a joint venture.
The Parties acknowledge that this Contract sets forth and represents the entire contract between both Parties. If the Parties are willing to change/add/modify any terms, they shall be in writing and signed by both Parties.
