Unless otherwise specified, all building materials provided shall be new. Landscaping Company Name shall have complete control of the work and shall be solely responsible for the construction means, methods, techniques, sequences, and procedures.
We will comply with all laws, rules, regulations, and building and fire codes related to the work. This includes all health and safety legislation, and any permits or licenses necessary for its performance shall be obtained as of the date hereof.
All payments are due within Payment Due in Days day(s) after receipt of an invoice. If payment is not received within Grace Period After Invoice Due Date day(s) of the invoice due date, we reserve the right to suspend or withdraw our services until the outstanding amount is paid in full.
Client Company Name agrees to provide reasonable access to all areas of the job site and ensure the availability of necessary utilities.
We will make every reasonable effort to complete all services within the timeline agreed upon at the start of the project. This timeline may be revised by mutual written agreement.
We warrant that all services will be performed in a professional manner, consistent with industry standards and the specifications outlined in the project agreement.
We will promptly correct any services found to be defective or not conforming to the agreed-upon specifications. All other modifications or changes requested by the Client shall be subject to a separate Change Order.
