Client Name agrees to provide Event Organizing Company Name, a Sponsorship Mode for Event Name and Description.
Client Name agrees to provide Event Organizing Company Name with Sponsorship Contribution for the event.
In exchange for this sponsorship, the company agrees to provide the client with Sponsorship Exchange Credit.
This document represents the only relationship between Event Organizing Company Name and Client Name. No other relationship exists between the two entities, implied or otherwise.
This document shall become effective as of Effective Date. It shall continue until terminated by either party upon not less than Cancellation Notice Period in Days day(s) notice in writing given by either party to the other.
