The following terms and conditions shall define and govern the aspects of this quote and our association with the Construction Project.
(a) Client Name shall take responsibility for the safety and security risk of the materials that Sender Company delivers and stores on the construction site during the tenure of this project.
(b) The provision of needful storage space, along with reasonable access to water and toilet facilities for the workers, is also to be ensured by the Client Name.
(c) Any loss or damage to materials resulting from Client Name’s failure to fulfill these responsibilities will be considered an additional cost, payable to Sender Company Name.
The payment for the products and/or services shall be made as per this price quote mentioned above after the Client receives the invoice. The mode of payment shall be Mode of Payment or any other mode of payment as mutually agreed by both Parties.
The validity of this quote will be for Quote Validity day(s) upon receipt of this quote by the Client.
If any provision of this quote is held unenforceable under the applicable law, then the Parties agree that such provision shall be excluded from this quote, and the remaining provisions of this quote shall be enforceable following the terms.
Any notices required or permitted under this quote shall be in writing and delivered by certified mail or courier service to the addresses provided by the Parties. Notices will be deemed effective upon receipt.
This quote and the rights of the Parties hereto shall be governed and interpreted by the laws of the Governing Law.
